2. Acceptance of your order

2.1) You can place an order online by following the instructions, as they appear onscreen. However, the display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Art y Zen shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through the website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from me. I will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered.

2.2) Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
– The product you ordered is out of stock (see product availability for further information)
– Your payment could not be authorized
– A pricing or product description error
– Inelegibility to place orders (criteria to set out in the Terms and Conditions)

3. Product availability / Information

The products on my website have been carefully selected for online shopping. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, I will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If I cannot contact you or receive no response to an e-mail I send to you, I will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced, and will continue to process the remaining items on your order (where applicable). All items are subject to availability.

4. Payment methods / Security

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular payments through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

5. Pricing policy

5.1) The prices mentioned in the respective offers represent total prices, as do the shipping costs. They include all the price components, including all the incidental taxes. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

5.2) Although I try to ensure that all the prices displayed on the website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If I discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If I am unable to contact you, I may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

5.3) The dispatch costs that are incurred are not included in the purchase price. They can be viewed by clicking the appropriate button on our website or in the respective quote, are shown separately over the course of the order transaction and must additionally be borne by you.

6. Order cancellation, refunds & exchange

3.1) I regret that because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) such as jewelleries, etc.
• Items on sale

3.2) If you are not completely satisfied with your product, I will gladly exchange or refund it. Please return the item to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. If you want to exchange or return any item you will have to cover the shipping costs associated to the exchange or return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3.3) You must notify me online before returning an item purchased online. Please send an email to hello@art-y-zen.ch with the subject „Return“ and include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return in the body of the email. I will then get back to you. Please repack the item in the same condition it was in when received it and include your full name, transaction ID and whether you would like a refund or an exchange on the refund sheet delivered with the item. If opting for an exchange, please clearly indicate which item you would like as your exchange. You then need to return the package to a Post Office counter. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the Post Office since this will serve as proof of delivery.
